1) If you have any technical issues such as internet connection not working, speed issue, bandwidth not working, call us on 022-3024 1199, 022-3024 1197
    and get the Priority ID (PID) from our Technical Support.
2) If you have PID or want to speak with a Senior Technical executive then call us on 022-3024 1197.
3) If you want to reset your MAC address please write to us at cs@nivyah.com
